Starting at Bellevue/ NYU Hospital, but spreading to other sites in the city, relatives of the missing spontaneously decided to create and post inkjet flyers, with pictures of their missing loved ones with descriptions and contact information.  So few were found.  The flyers gave human faces - complete with the plaintive pleas of those who loved them - to remember the tragedy by.
